Appraisal
The
estimated value of of an item. When buying a new vehicle if you
have a trade in the dealership will give you an appraisal
for your trade in.
When
you apply for a loan through a lender and they ask you to secure
the loan with collateral an appraisal will be placed on your collateral.
Appraisal simply means the approximate value of any item.
